摘  要:自我专业发展意识作为成人高校教师对自身专业发展理念与行为的调控、规划意识,是其学习的内在动力源。然而,目前成人高校教师群体自我专业发展意识缺失,学习内在动力不足。从注重教师主体价值、加强职业外部保障和强化效能信息源等途径来激发成人高校教师自我专业发展意识,有助于其学习的有效进行。The self consciousness of professional development is the consciousness of individuals for professional development and behavior regulation and planning.Meanwhile,it supplies the internal power for adult college teacher learning.However,the self consciousness of professional development of adult college teachers is missing.And they also lack inner drive.The author puts forward that paying attention to the teachers' subject value,strengthening the professional external security and strengthening the information source can stimulate teachers' self professional development consciousness and make adult college teachers learn effectively.
