摘　　要：在国家大力提倡产教融合、校企合作育人的背景下,深圳技师学院积极探索"校企双制"办学模式,通过政府出政策、企业出岗位、院校出学位,校企联合招工招生、送岗送学、双制培养,以校企共建校中厂、厂中校、实训中心、冠名班、技师工作站等形式,充分发挥院校育人机制和企业用人机制的耦合作用,学校教育教学质量、毕业生素质、企业满意度显著提升。Under the background that our nation is actively advocating the development of technical education, Shenzhen Institute of Technology explores the cultivation methods and ways for advanced technician through the＂dual system of school and enterprise＂ practice and has received satisfying progress. Giving full play to the mechanism of educating people and businesses employing mechanisms institutions coupling, quality of school education, the quality of graduates, business satisfaction significantly improved.
