摘  要:十八届四中全会"依法治国"理念的重新聚焦,将党的治国理政思路明确地纳入到法治轨道中。在法治国家构建的过程中,法学专业人才的水平是重要的推动力之一,因此,关注法学教育水平的发展对进一步推进法治国家的建设有着重要意义。就国内法学教育的现状而言,教学方法的变革是提高教学水平的最优路径选择,但不可回避的是,实践过程中变革的方法却遭遇了很多的困惑。本文从教学方法使用的影响因素入手,分析变革过程中对教学方法的错误认识,并提出一些建议。"Rule of law" concept is re focused on the eighteen session of the Fourth Plenary Session , make the party's governing idea explicitly incorporated into the orbit of the rule of law .In the process of the construction of the country under the rule of law ,the legal professionals, the level of law professional talent is one of the important driving force, therefore, pay attention to the development of law education level has important significance to further promote the building of a country under the rule of law. According to status of domestic law education, the reform of teaching methods is the best way to improve the teaching level, but it is unavoidable that practice process of method reform is encountered a lot of confusion. In this paper, from analyzing the factors which affect the teaching methods start, analize wrong understanding of the teaching method in the process of the transformation, and puts forward some suggestions.
