摘　　要：德育课程教材内容与德育工作方法的滞后性,成为提升现代德育工作实效的短板。随着生活处处皆德育的观念与德育生活化的理念得到人们认可接纳,以及德育课程要进一步实现学科逻辑向生活逻辑的转变,催生了"只有主题而无教材"的情感态度课程。其教学设计、教学一般过程、基本技能、组织形式、导学案的可操作化与精细化,以及过程与评价,彰显其成为一种教学模式的特性。The hysteresis in contents of Moral Education and in its working methods has become the weak point of improving the working efficiency of modern moral education. With the acceptation of moral concepts throughout the life and the idea of life-style mor- al education, and the change from subject logic into life logic in the course of Moral Education, there creates a course called ＂Emotion and Attitude＂ in which there are only topics without teaching materials. The features of its teaching design, teaching procedure, basic skills, organization forms, operationalization and refinement of guided learning plans, procedure and assessment make it become a teaching model.
