摘  要:随着社会的发展和人才结构的变化,复合型人才已成为当今社会人才需求的主要类型,也是我国高校众多专业人才培养的目标。汉语言文学作为我国高等教育中最传统、设置最广泛的专业之一,其复合型人才的培养也是如今需要深入研究和探索的领域。以教学环节为切入点,继续深化教学改革,激发学生的主观能动性,创新教学方法与内容,提高教学效率,加强实践性教学途径等是培养复合型人才的必经之路。With the social development and changes of the composition of trained personnel, interdisciplinary professionals are most popular in the workforce market, therefore, China's universities and colleges take the cultivation of those professionals as one of their educational objectives. To be thoroughly researched is the topic of how to prepare interdisciplinary professionals in the teaching of Chinese Language and Literature, an age-old specialty offered by most universities and colleges in China. This paper discusses the route universities and colleges must take in preparing interdisciplinary graduates in the following way: start teaching reforms from the teaching process, deepen teaching reforms and strengthen practice teaching, innovate teaching contents and methods, improve teaching efficiency, and highlight teaching aims and improve teaching results.
