摘　　要：幼儿同伴交往能力是幼儿社会化的重要内容，是幼儿最重要的社会交往能力之一。本研究采用随机抽样法抽取上海市15所幼儿园小、中、大班共199名幼儿，探索影响3-6岁儿童同伴交往能力的家庭、教师、同伴等方面的因素，并建立影响因素的协方差结构模型。结果表明幼儿同伴交往能力的内部结构分为主动性、亲社会性、语言与非语言能力、社交障碍等四个维度，影响幼儿同伴交往能力发展的因素主要有主要抚养人、教师和同伴，其中同伴是家长、教师作用于幼儿同伴交往能力各维度的重要中介变量。The social competence with peers is an important content of children socialization. The study applied survey investigation with random sampling to 199 children from 3 to 6 years old. The results indicated that social competence with peers consists of four dimensions, which were the initiative of association, prosocial action, verbal and nonverbal ability to associate, obstacles to association. Parent, teacher and peer were important factors affecting children＇ s social competence with peers, of which peer was the media factor.
