高职院校教师队伍建设的实践与思考——以安徽国防科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：安徽国防科技职业学院在教师队伍建设方面采取了不断加强人才的引进,努力打造适应市场需求的团队,优化教师队伍结构等方法和措施。但也存在紧缺型教师引进难度大、教师队伍不稳定、专业课教师实践能力不强等建设难点,因此,提出从树立人才强校理念,加强人才引进力度;加强职教会议精神学习和贯彻,增强办好高职的信心从而稳定教师队伍;加强教师实践能力考核使教师实践能力提高落到实处三个方面提出解决办法。为高职院校的师资队伍建设提供有益借鉴。The measures of teachers’team construction are taken by Anhui Vocational College of Defense Technology,which consist of introduction of talent,market demand of the team and optimizing the structure of teachers.But there still exist construction difficulties which include shortage of professional teachers, unstable teachers’team and weak practical ability.This paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the talent introduction,studying and carrying out the vocational education conference spirit to enhance confidence and stable teachers in higher vocational colleges,and strengthening teachers＇practical ability to improve teachers＇practical ability.
