摘　　要：义务教育均衡发展是教育公平的基石,国外在义务教育均衡发展上已有一些成功经验,而我国民族地区受历史、自然和现实等多种因素的影响致使民族地区义务教育均衡发展存在诸多问题。文章探究国外区域义务教育均衡发展模式,以期为我国民族地区义务教育均衡、健康、协调发展提供借鉴。The balanced development of compulsory education is the cornerstone of education equity.Many foreign countries have some successful experience,while ethnic areas of China are confronted with many problems due to historic,natural and practical factors.Through analyzing the balanced development pattern of compulsory education in foreign countries,this thesis provides reference for the healthy development of balanced compulsory education in ethnic areas of China.
