摘　　要：对家庭经济困难学生的帮扶是高校资助工作的重要组成部分。首都医科大学构筑发展型资助体系,实现了经济困难学生从他助到自助再到助他的转变,取得资助实效。Subsidization for impoverished-students is a crucial part of the subsidizing work in universities. Capital Medical University has been building a developing subsidizing system. It has turned the students from being-helped to helping-self and to helping-others, which is proved to be very effective.
