摘 要:目的分析比较4种国产沉香的挥发性成分。方法采用低温-动态-微波法及气相色谱-质谱联用技术,以固相微萃取顶空进样,提取并分析比较国产沉香挥发油中的化学成分。结果从4种国产沉香样品的挥发油中分别检出58、81、54、38种化合物,依次占总峰面积的73.27%、91.98%、43.23%、33.17%。结论 4种国产沉香挥发油中以萜烯类化合物为主,但各样品的组成成分和含量差异较大。Objective To analyze and compare the volatile components of four types of Aquilaria sinensis from different sources. Methods The volatile components were extracted by low temperature-dynamic-microwave method. The constituents in the volatile oil were analyzed by head-space solid-phase micro-extraction coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results From each of the four samples, 58, 81, 54 and 38 compounds were detected and identified respectively, corresponding to 73.27% , 91.98% , 43.23% and 33.17% of the total volatile oil contents. Conclusion Most of the constituents in the four volatile oil samples were terpenes, but their composition and constituents were remarkably different.
