互联网与终身学习深度融合背景下的继续教育变革

摘　　要：互联网和终身学习的深度融合进一步发展了终身学习理念、推动了继续教育的内涵发展。在此背景下,应从如下方面推动继续教育变革:加强继续教育的制度设计,以适应其现代化发展的要求;提升继续教育的服务能力,以适应多样化学习模式的发展;创新继续教育的教学模式,以满足个性化学习的需求;推进继续教育的课程标准化建设,以适应继续教育可持续发展的需求。The deep integration of lifelong learning and the Internet enriches the meaning of lifelong learning and promoted the development of continuing education. Under the background of such integration,we have to promote the continuing education reform from the following aspects： Strengthening the system design of continuing education to meet the requirements of modern education＇s development, raising the service ability of continue education to adapt to the development of diversified learning modes, creating new teaching modes of continuing education to meet the needs of individualized learning, promoting the construction of standardized course of continuing education to agree with the demand of the sustainable development of continuing education.
