摘　　要：目的:调查了解参加住院医师培训的学员对培训和待遇方面的需求,为培训的全面推行提供一定参考。方法:通过抽样调查问卷,以岗位胜任力模型为导向,运用SPSS软件对学员在各方面的需求进行分析比较。结果:通过调查了解了学员对自身能力的评价、通过培训希望获得和增强的能力以及在薪酬福利和人才培养方面的需求。结论:在培训中需要重视各类知识培养,加强人文修养;不断强化技能培训,提升临床工作能力;增强学员责任感、自信心,培养团队协作精神;适当提高住院医师收入,提供住房保障;重视住院医师心理健康,拓宽就业思路。Objectives： To investigate the requirements of resident standardization trainees for training and treatment, and to provide reference for the full implementation of the training. Methods： Through a sample survey by a guide with the post competency model, using SPSS software, the requirement in all aspects of training were analyzed and compared. Results： Through investigation, we understand the residents ＇ evaluation of their capabilities and what ability they want to get or increase through training, as well as the demands in terms of salaries and benefits and personnel training. Conclusion： It should pay attention to the train of all kinds of knowledge and strengthen the Humanities; continue to strengthen skills training to enhance the ability of clinical work; to enhance residents＇ responsibility, serf-confidence and to develop their team spirit. Also we should appropriately increase their income, provide housing security. And finally to pay attention to the psychological health of residents, broaden employment ideas.
