摘 要:21世纪的教育信息化蓬勃发展,教育研究者发现,学生的信息素养将是支持学生在21世纪生存、参与竞争的基本能力。因此,推动教育信息化是世界各国教育规划的重要内容和现代教育的重要目标。2014年4月1日,经合组织(OECD)公布了PISA2012"基于计算机的问题解决能力"测评成绩,日本排名第三。而在亚洲国家中,日本教育技术研究和教育信息化发展也一直走在前列。在日本,"教育技术学"称为"教育工学",此次本刊记者邀请到日本教育工学会会长山西润一教授,就日本中小学教育信息化的发展现状、对日本教育的影响和未来走向等问题进行了访谈。Education researchers have found as the education informationalization rapidly develops in the 21st century, students' information literacy will be the basic capability in supporting them to survive and participate in competition in the 21st century. Thus, to promote education informationalization is the important content of education planning around the world and an important goal of modern education. On April i, 2014, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published the test result of PISA 2012 on "computer-based problem-solving~, Japan obtained the third grade. Japan's education technology research and development of education informationalization have been leading the way ahead of other Asian countries. The reporter of the Journal invited professor Yamanishi, Chairman of Japan Society for Educational Technology to have a discussion with us about the current development and trend of education informationa]ization in Japan's primary and secondary school and its influence in the future.
