摘　　要：文章概述了海带的生物学特点、营养成分。介绍了国内外海带加工利用情况,阐述了海带粉的加工制作工艺及应用于调味盐中的优势。The biological characteristics and nutrients of kelp are summarized. The utilization of seaweed processing of domestic and overseas is described. The kelp powder production process and its advantage in seasoning salt are also introduced.
