摘　　要：香港的职业教育和培训为香港经济的飞速发展提供了强有力的智力支持。职业核心能力的引入为全人教育和全人发展拓展了空间。学习和借鉴香港职业核心能力培养经验,从实学到活用,以开放的头脑、创新的理念、科学的布局,强化核心能力培养,促进个体终身学习、全人发展、可持续发展。The vocational education and training in Hong Kong provides strong intelligent support in its economic development. The importing of core competence broadens the space for whole person educating and developing. By learning and drawing on the expe- rience of Hong Kong vocational core competence, we could enhance the training of core competences and improve personal lifelong learning, whole person developing and sustainable development with practical learning with the chance of open-mind, creative idea and scientific distribution.
