摘　　要：21世纪是隧道及地下空间大发展的年代,城市地下建筑与规划已经成为土木工程工作者必须具备的重要专业基础知识。"城市地下建筑与规划"课程是中国矿业大学(北京)土木工程专业的专业必修课,为更好提高土木工程本科学生专业素质,开展了"城市地下建筑与规划"课程建设项目,其中重点对教师队伍、课程教材、课堂教学和课程设计等四个方面进行了建设,取得了很好的教学效果。The course “Urban Underground Architecture and Planning”is a compulsory one in China University ofMining and Technology （Beijing）. In order to improve the professional quality of the undergraduate studentsstudying in the major of civil engineering, construction project of the course“underground city of Architecture andPlanning”has launched, which mainly focuses on four aspects of teaching staffs, curriculum materials, teachinginstructions and course designs. And it has achieved good teaching results.
