摘　　要：化工实训是强化学生职业能力和培养综合素质的重要实践性教学环节。本文结合许昌学院现有的硬软件设施及周边相关化工企业情况,通过对近年来化工实训现状调研分析,探讨了"仿真实训+生产实训+现场参观"有机结合的化工实训教学模式。Chemical training is an important part of practice process in regular education, which can train students＇ vocational capability and comprehensive quality. Considering the relevant devices and software of Xuchang University and the circumstances of the periphery related chemical enterprise, and through the research analysis of the present situation of chemical training in recent years, a teaching model of chemical training was explored, which combined simulation training, production training and visiting factory organically together.
