摘　　要：翻译人才培养越来越注重应用性和实践性。复合型翻译人培养实验教学模式构建主要从基础能力培养、实践操作训练和职业能力提升等三个方面进行。在实验教材开发、实验室建设与环境创设等方面为翻译人才培养奠定良好的软硬件基础。从建立开放实验教学模式、加强语料库建设与开发、建设校外实践基地等方面来构建翻译人才培养的实验配套体系。The training of translators is paid more and more attention on application and practice. Structures on the experiment teaching mode of composite type translator training are mainly carried on the follow three aspects： basic ability training,operate practice training,and occupation ability promotion. We can lay a good software and hardware foundation for the training of translation talents on the follow three aspects： development of experimental teaching materials,laboratory construction,and laboratory environment creation. We can construct experimental training supporting system of translation talents cultivation as follows： establishing an open experiment teaching mode,to strengthen the construction and development of corpus,and constructing practice bases outside school.
