摘　　要：通过介绍美国加州大学洛杉矶分校医学院的教育体系,深入探讨其教学理念的优点与先进做法,为我国医学教育特别是我院的医学研究生教学改革与模式创新提供思路与借鉴。This paper introduces the education system of University of California, Los Angeles （UCLA） which is the prime example of American education. The advantages, characteristics and advanced methods of their system have been further studied, in orderto provide principles and clues for the reform of postgraduate education in our school and the whole Chinese medical education system.
