校企合作模式下的设计院BIM协同设计研究

摘　　要：在校企合作模式下,高职建筑设计技术人才培养需要企业(设计院)的紧密配合,湖南城建职业技术学院在深化"前堂后所,工学结合"的建筑设计技术专业人才培养模式时,对采用BIM协同设计提高设计院的设计质量和效率,加强对学生的培养做出了卓有成效的探索。通过采用Graphisoft公司的BIM Server和Archi CAD产品建立了协同设计平台,形成了以真实项目为载体,通过校园网进行松散耦合协同设计的人才培养新模式。Under college-enterprise cooperation model, the cultivation of higher vocational talents specializing in architectural design needs the close cooperation of enterprises or institutes. Based on deepening the work-study integration model for the cultivation of technical talents specializing in architectural design, effective explorations have been made on improving the design quality and effectiveness of designing institutes and enhancing the cultivation of students by adopting BIM collaborative design in Hu＇nan Urban Construction College. Through adopting BIM Server and ArchiCAD of Graphisoft company, a platform for collaborative design has been established and a new talent cultivation model with real projects as the carrier and based on the campus network has been formed.
