摘　　要：针对我国合成着色剂标准样品严重缺乏的现状,研制了食品安全质量控制急需的玫瑰红等色素国家标准样品,填补了国内空白,为加强食品安全质量控制、完善我国国家标准技术体系建设,保证检测结果的准确性、可比性和溯源性提供了重要技术支持。本课题组研制的制备的玫瑰红标准样品的纯度为98.52%。经定性和定量检测,可知,符合我国对于标准物质的要求,能满足检测机构和贸易各方需求,对完善国家标准技术体系建设具有重要意义。In view of the present situation of synthetic colorant standard being seriously lacking, rose red pigments has been prepared for fining the domestic blank and strengthening quality control of food safety. And it is significant to improve the national food safety standards system of our country construction and to ensure the accuracy, comparability and traceability. Pigment standards can provide important technical support. The purity of rose red standard sample is 98.52% prepared in our lab, while the German company Dr. Ehrenstorfer card standard sample purity is about 95.0%. The qualitative and quantitative detection has been applied for measuring structure and purity of rose red. After analyzing results, rose red standard can meet the detection institutions and trade all needs, being in line with our requirements for the standard substance. And all works have important significance to improve the construction of the national standards system.
