摘　　要：高校新生入学教育是大学人才培养的一个首要环节,同时也是高校思想政治工作中非常重要的一个基础环节,它是帮助新生了解大学生活,树立新的奋斗目标,尽快完成由一名中学生到大学生转变的重要途径。心理学和社会学的实践均表明,人的一切活动都源于人的动机,因此,将激励机制引入到对新生的教育中,实施有效的激励机制的原则与方法来对新生进行教育将会收到较好的教育效果。The university freshmen education is the first tache of talent cultivation, at the same time is also very important basic link in universities＇ ideological and political work, it is the important way to help freshmen understand university life, set up a new goal, finish the change as soon as possible from a middle school student to university student. The practice of psychology and sociology are showed that all activities of man derive from man＇s motive, therefore, introducing incentive mechanism to the fresh-men education, implementing the principles and methods of effective incentive mechanism in freshmen education will receive a good education effect.
