摘　　要：科学有效的教师激励机制,既有利于调动教师工作的积极性和主动性,又有利于公安高校的可持续发展。文章在初步分析公安高校教师激励机制现状的基础上,提出构建公安高校教师激励机制应遵循的五个维度,以期更加适应公安教育事业发展的需求。Scientific and effective incentive mechanism for teachers is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and the sustainable development of public security colleges. Based on the preliminary analysis of the status quo of the incentive mechanism for teachers of public security colleges, the article proposed the five dimensions to build incentive mechanism for teachers of public security colleges, in order to better meet the needs of the development of police education.
