摘　　要：《神州集》独特的翻译实践一直受到传统"忠实"翻译观的指责,其翻译行为合理性的解释始终未有定论。原因在于该诗集具有多种文本属性,包括有文学文本属性、文化交流属性,以及翻译文本属性,前两者与翻译文本属性相矛盾。《神州集》的文学文本价值及跨文化交流价值是其翻译合理性的实践证明,而社会学意义上的解释则是理论上的证明。社会学的翻译概念增强了对翻译实践的解释能力,诸多翻译实践得以超越传统"忠实"翻译观得到解释。Cathay was under attack due to its divergence from traditional translation, and the issue has not been set- tled since its publication. The article attempts to investigate its dual textual natures and its link with its translation action at practical dimension and its validity as translation version at theoretical dimension, particularly, according to sociologi- cal view of translation. The translation text value has been verified through its literary and trans-cultural significance, and sociology has validitated its translation version as well. Therefore more translation practice would be explained in updated theoretical framework.
