摘 要:课程模块化是教师教育课程体系变革的一种趋势。然而,我国教师教育培养机构在教师教育类课程模块建设上,面临学科化取向、结构条块切割、实践性课程相对薄弱等诸多难题。今后需秉持教师专业发展为主导、实践取向、课程统整、灵活开放的原则,进一步厘清课程目标,不断建构科学合理的教师教育模块课程群,形成多取向的有效教学策略,以加速我国卓越教师培养体系的成熟与完善。Modular design of curriculum is a trend in the reform of pedagogic curriculum system. However, institutions in our country that are responsible for modular design of pedagogic curriculum are confronted with issues such as being discipline-oriented, structure-divided, and relative weak in practical courses, etc. In future, we should take the principle of putting the teachers' profession development as the predominance, and being practice-oriented, integrated in curriculums as well as being flexible and open. We should further make clear curricular aims, continue to establish scientific and reasonable modular pedagogic curriculum groups, and form various effective teaching strategies, to foster the maturity and improvement of excellent teacher training system in our country.
