摘  要:为研究在蛋鸡日粮添加裂壶藻粉生产富含二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)鸡蛋的效果,在蛋鸡日粮中分别加入1%、2%、3%DHA含量为15%的裂壶藻粉,测定蛋鸡生产性能,鸡蛋品质及鸡蛋油脂中DHA、花生四烯酸(ARA)等脂肪酸的含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加组鸡蛋的DHA含量随饲养时间延长而不断提高,且高添加量鸡蛋DHA含量也较高;饲养25 d时,各添加组鸡蛋油脂中DHA含量由1.5%分别提高至3.95%、4.60%、5.25%;各添加组ARA的含量略有下降,其他脂肪酸含量无显著变化;各添加组蛋黄胆固醇含量有所下降。添加量低于3%时,对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质均无显著影响,证明裂壶藻粉可用作生产富含DHA鸡蛋的饲料添加剂。The effects of Schizochytrium in laying hens diets on production of DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid)- en- riched egg were studied.The laying hens were fed diets with 1%,2% and 3% addition of Schizochytrium which contained 15% DHA.The production performance,egg quality and fatty acid in egg were determined.The results showed that,compared with the control group,which was feed diets without Schizochytrium,the DHA content in the fatty acids of eggs increased gradually with feeding time and the amount of Schizochytrium increasing.After hens being fed for 25 days, DHA contents in egg came up from 1.5% to 3.95%,4.60% and 5.25% respectively,whereas the contents of other fatty acids had no significant change except for ARA (arachidonic acid)decreasing slightly, and cholesterol levels in yolk also descended. There were no significant effects on production performance of laying hens and eggs quality when the content of Schizochytrium in diets was lower than 3%.It showed the possibihy for Schizochytrium as a feed additive to produce DHA- enriched eggs.
