基于学习需求的社区学院社区教育服务模式探析

摘　　要：社区学院是为区域提供终身教育服务的平台,随着学习需求的多元化,对社区学院社区教育服务也提出了更高要求。基于此,通过从内容、对象和表现三个维度来分析现阶段社区学院面临学习需求的主要特点,尝试提炼出一体化服务模式、联动协作服务模式、项目合作服务模式以及引导培育服务模式等四种基于学习需求的社区学院社区教育服务模式,并就完善其保障因素提出了对策建议。The community college is a platform providing life-long education services for the community. With the diversification of learning needs, a higher request to the community college community education services is put forward. Based on that, this paper analyzed the main characteristics of learning needs in community colleges from three aspects of contents, objects and performances. It attempts to refine four kinds of education service modes in community colleges, which are integration service mode, collaboration service mode, project cooperation service mode and guiding service mode. It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide the guarantee.
