摘　　要：要提高各院校新选调教师的教学能力,使他们尽快走上讲台,各院校必须要求新教师强化教育理论学习,夯实专业理论基础,打牢教学基本功,创新教学方法和手段,建立、健全管理机制.In order to improve the teaching ability of new teachers, this paper proposes effective approaches to strengthen the understanding of education theory,innovation of teaching methods,professional and teaching skills. And at the same time,a sound management mechanism should be established.
