摘 要:案例教学法(case-based study,CBS)是以学生为主体的新的教学方法,通过案例的分析解决临床实际问题,通过理论与临床实践的结合,培养了学生自主学习的能力,提高了学生的临床技能,调动了教师教学改革的积极性。该文重点阐述了我校心内科临床教学中案例教学法的实施,包括案例教学法实施的必要性,案例教学法实施的过程,以及案例教学法实施的效果,结果显示案例教学法既激发了学生学习的兴趣,又提高了教师的教学水平,是提高教学质量和培养合格医生的有效教学方法。Case--based study is a new teaching method, that take students as the main body.Through analyzing the clinical case to solve the practical problems,and by the combination of theory and clinical practice to cultivate the students'autonomous learning ability,to improve the students clinical skills,and to rouse the enthusiasm of the teachers'teaching reform. This paper mainly expound the implementation of CBS in clinical teaching of cardiology subject,include necessity of implementing,the process of implementing, the effect of implementing.The teaching results indicate that CBS method inspiring the learning interest of students and improving the teaching level of teacher.CBS method is an effective teaching methods to improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified doctors.
