摘　　要：食品仪器分析技术实验课程对于提高高职食品专业学生综合素质起着重要的作用,根据山东商务职业学院的实际情况和食品仪器分析技术实验教学中遇到的一些问题及所采取对策,并进行简要探讨。Food instrumental analysis technology experiment course plays an important role in improving the students＇ comprehensive quality in food specialty in higher vocational education. According to the teaching situation and existing problems of food instrumental analysis technology in our college, several methods is discussed in the teaching reformation.
