摘　　要：教师实践能力培养是应用技术大学发展的一个关键问题。基于"实践能力结构"理论,通过对应用技术大学进行调查,发现应用技术大学教师实践能力存在动机不足、结构不完善、缺乏专项实践能力与情景实践能力等问题。借鉴欧美应用技术大学教师先进经验,宁波大红鹰学院采取改革评聘制度、创新"双师型"内涵及创设教师实践平台等改革措施,有力地提升了应用技术大学教师的实践能力。这一成功做法,值得在国内应用技术大学中推介。The training of teacher's practical ability is a key issue for the development of applied technology university.The paper,based on the theory of 'practical ability structure model',analyzes four problems of teacher's practical ability in applied technology university,which include low motivation,imperfect structure,insufficient special practical ability and situational practical ability.By learning from teacher's advanced experiences of European and American applied technology university,Ningbo Dahongying University takes measures to reform teacher's evaluation and employment systems,innovate 'double-professional teacher' connotation and create teacher's practice platform,which have effectively promoted the upgrading of the university teaching staff's practical ability.Therefore,this successful practice is worth popularizing in the applied technology universities in China.
