摘　　要：针对英语教学法课程如何在创新中培养未来基础教育教师完整的专业知识结构,让他们获得教师专业发展中最缺乏的教师实践性知识的问题。本文尝试从行动研究范式中,探求能获得教师实践性知识的课程模式,以教学实际问题为出发点,把教学理论与实践紧密结合,培养研究型教师,贯彻落实课程创新的目标。The big problem in the course of English Language Teaching is how to make students, the potential teachers in the basic education, obtain the complete professional knowledge in the course innovation, especially for the most de-sired practical knowledge. This paper explores the course model of cultivating teachers’ practical knowledge from the perspective of action research in order to train the research-oriented teacher and apply the theories to the teaching prac-tice in the process of course innovation.
