摘  要:西医院校中医藏象教学往往面临内容多、课时少、西医知识先入为主、藏象理论抽象难懂的局面,使得教学方法单一,影响了教学质量。我们将比较教学法应用于藏象教学,合理运用表格,并进行了多种比较尝试,包括中西医解剖知识的比较、西医生理与中医脏腑功能的比较、西医病理与脏腑功能失调的比较、中医脏腑功能的横向比较等,取得满意效果,同时也提出比较教学应避免流于表面和生搬硬套,比较须有侧重等注意点。Zangxiang theory of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) teaching at colleges and universities of Western medicine often faced various difficulties, such as too many contents, limited lesson period, elusive theory and stronger first-impression of Western medicine, which made the single teaching method and influenced the teaching effect. We applied the comparative teaching method to Zangxiang theory teaching through different pathways including suitable tables and various compares. For example, comparing anatomical,physiological, pathological knowledge of Western medicine with the function and disorder of Zang and Fu in TCM; comparing the function between different Zang and Fu. Based on the satisfactory teaching effect, we emphasized some key points including avoiding superficial and rote apply and focusing on the particular differences.
