案例教学法结合PBL在眼科教学中的应用和效果评价

摘　　要：目的:通过案例教学法结合PBL教学法,与传统教学方法在眼科教学中的应用及效果分析。方法:将97名医学大学生随机分为案例法结合PBL的观察组,传统教学法设为对照组,分别采用不同教学方法,教学结束后采用考试和问卷调查进行评价。结果:观察组与对照组在理论知识考试比较中无差异性(P>0.05),在考试总分、临床操作、病例分析题目比较中均有差异性(P<0.05),观察组学生考试得分更高。问卷调查中在提高自主学习能力等13个方面的两组的同意率有差异性(P<0.05),观察组同意率更高。在增强解决问题的能力、教师更易于沟通两个问题上两组同意率无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:案例教学法结合PBL教学法能够有效的提高眼科学习效果。Objective ：To find out effects of using case-based teaching and PBL in ophthalmology teaching. Methods： 97 students participated. Test and survey were conducted after the teaching. Results ： The results showed that the two groups had no significant difference in theoretical knowledge（P 〉 0.05）, but the experimental group had a significant higher score in clinical operation, case analysis and total score（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction rate in cultivating self-learning ability, etc （P 〈 0.05 ）. The results showed that the two groups had no significant difference in problem solving skills and teacher student communication（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions： The new approach can eventually improve learning effect.
