摘  要:目的:通过案例教学法结合PBL教学法,与传统教学方法在眼科教学中的应用及效果分析。方法:将97名医学大学生随机分为案例法结合PBL的观察组,传统教学法设为对照组,分别采用不同教学方法,教学结束后采用考试和问卷调查进行评价。结果:观察组与对照组在理论知识考试比较中无差异性(P>0.05),在考试总分、临床操作、病例分析题目比较中均有差异性(P<0.05),观察组学生考试得分更高。问卷调查中在提高自主学习能力等13个方面的两组的同意率有差异性(P<0.05),观察组同意率更高。在增强解决问题的能力、教师更易于沟通两个问题上两组同意率无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:案例教学法结合PBL教学法能够有效的提高眼科学习效果。Objective :To find out effects of using case-based teaching and PBL in ophthalmology teaching. Methods: 97 students participated. Test and survey were conducted after the teaching. Results : The results showed that the two groups had no significant difference in theoretical knowledge(P 〉 0.05), but the experimental group had a significant higher score in clinical operation, case analysis and total score( P 〈 0.05 ). Experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction rate in cultivating self-learning ability, etc (P 〈 0.05 ). The results showed that the two groups had no significant difference in problem solving skills and teacher student communication( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions: The new approach can eventually improve learning effect.
