基于多元统计的数学职前教师课堂教学质量评估研究

摘　　要：应用多统计分析的方法对数学职前教师课堂教学质量进行评估,首先针对数学职前教师的特殊性构建评价体系,然后利用相关性分析和主成分分析对各变量进行预处理,并在R语言中实现,以各变量方差贡献率为权重得出最终的评价结果。实例分析表明,该方法计算简便,权重确定客观有效,不仅克服了评价的的主观性,也为师范类高校教师培养和数学职前教师考核提供了有效的依据。Using the method of multiple statistics on preservice teachers＇ teaching quality evaluation, we constructs firstly the evaluation system according to the particularity of preservice teachers, by correlation analysis and principal component analysis on the variables pretreatment, and implemented in R language, and get the final evaluation results for the weights to each variable variance contribution rate. Example analysis shows that, the method is simple, effective and objective weight determination, it not only overcomes the subjectivity of evaluation, but also provides effective basis for the university teacher training teachers and preservice teacher assessment.
