摘　　要：文章在分析翻译能力构成要素的基础上,把新建本科院校英语专业学生翻译能力的培养也相应地分解为六个方面进行研究,探讨了教材、教法、师资和评价体系对翻译能力培养产生的影响及其对策。This paper has based on the research into the components of translation competence ,is analyzed from six aspects , and then the influence of teaching materials ,teaching methods ,teaching staff and evaluation system on it and corresponding strat‐egies are discussed .
