傅任敢的青年教育思想及其现实启示

摘　　要：傅任敢是中国现代著名教育家,青年教育思想是其教育思想体系的重要组成部分。在青年教育的意义方面,他强调青年接受教育对个人成长、社会进步和国家发展均具有重要的作用;在青年教育的目标定位上,他强调"完人"培养;在青年教育的内容方面,他不仅重视德、智、体、美全面发展,而且强调要对学生进行人生观、择业观的指导;在教育方法上,他强调对学生进行人格教育,重视读报、演说以及参加社会实践,同时还强调激发青年学习的积极性和保障青年学生的学习环境。这些富有特色的教育主张对于当前我国教育改革、青年择业以及农村问题解决仍具有重要启发意义。Fu Rengan is a famous modem educator and youth education is an important part of his education thought. In terms of the significance of youth education, he stresses that the youth education plays an important role in personal growth, social progress and national development. For the goal of youth education, he advocates ＂perfect person＂ being fostered. In terms of the contents, he does not only attach impor- tance to all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics, but also insists guidance to students＇ outlook on life and their idea of employment. As to teaching methods, he praises highly of personality education, paper-reading, addressing and contacting to society. These distinctive education thoughts have great significance in solving current problems in education reform, the employment of youth and the countryside stepping out from poverty.
