摘　　要：性价比高的智能喷漆机器人在家具生产领域具有广泛的应用前景。基于PC+PMAC运动控制卡设计了喷漆机器人的控制系统。根据要求建立了其硬件结构,搭建了软件控制框架,并利用C++Builder编写了人机交互界面。同时,根据实际状况对控制系统进行了调试。实际证明,该设计达到了预期要求。The cost-effective intelligent spray-painting robots have extensive application prospect in the field of furniture produc- tion. The control system of the robot was designed based on PC＋PMAC. On request, the hardware structure and sollware framework were set up. The human-computer interaction interface was written by using C＋＋ Builder. Meanwhile, the control system was debugged according to the actual situation. Proof by facts, the design reaches the expected requirement.
