探究式教学模式在高职高专生物制药工艺学实验教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：探究式教学模式是指学生在教师的启发诱导下,对知识进行主动探索和研究,自行发现并掌握相应的原理和结论的一种教学方法。为适应高职高专人才培养的需求,我们在生物制药工艺学实验教学中开设创新性实验、综合设计性实验、开放性实验以及仿真实验项目,充分应用探究式教学模式,并通过知识技能测试和问卷调查评价教学效果,结果显示探究式教学模式比常规教学模式教学效果好,差异显著。The inquiry teaching mode is a teaching method that the students under the inspiration of teachers explore and study the knowledge actively, moreover, discover and master the principles and conclusions personally. In order to meet the need of Higher Vocational personnel training, we offer innovative, comprehensive designed, open and simulate biopharmaceutical technology experimental courses with the inquiry teaching mode fully. We evaluate the results by knowledge and skill test, also questionnaire survey. As a result, the effect of inquiry teaching mode is much better than normal teaching model.
