摘　　要：本文介绍了加德纳的多元智能理论,讨论了以此理论为基础在英语教学中开展学习策略的培养和训练,为高中英语后进生的转化提供有效的途径和手段。This paper introduced Gardner＇s multiple intelligence theory, discussed the cultivation and training of learning strate- gies in English teaching with this theory as the basis, aiming to provide an effective way and means for the transformation of English backward students in senior high schools.
