双语教师小学语文教学基本技能实践模式探析

摘　　要：根据新疆双语教师发展的现状,在总结小学双语教师语文教学实践经验的基础上,结合积累学习教育理论,在小学双语教师实习阶段采用"指导—检查—评价"的渗透式训练方法,快速提高双语教师语文教学的基本技能水平,促进双语教师终身学习的能力形成。Based on the current situation of Xinjiang bilingual teacher development, this article concludes the experience of teaching practice for bilingual Chinese teachers of primary schools with the guidance of teaching theories.It discusses how to apply the infiltration mode of ＂guide-check-evaluation＂in the teaching prac-tice with the aim of increasing teachers＆#39;basic teaching technique rapidly and forming their ability of life-long learning.
