摘 要:琼脂酶是一种研究海藻遗传工程的工具酶,对一株产琼脂酶菌的产酶条件进行了优化,研究不同蛋白胨浓度、酵母膏浓度、装液量、接种量对该菌产酶的影响。通过正交试验得出该菌的最优产酶条件为蛋白胨浓度7 g/L,酵母粉浓度1.25 g/L,装液量150 m L,接种量10%。Agarase enzyme is a kind of tool enzyme for genetic engineering of algae. In this paper, the optimum fermentation conditions of an agarase-producing bacteria were researched. The different conditions of peptone concentration, yeast extract concentration, volume of medium, inoculability quantity on agarase-producing effect were studied. Results were concluded that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: peptone concentration was 7 g/L, yeast concentration was 1.25 g/L, volume of medium was 150 mL and inoculability quantity was 10%.
