摘  要:积极探索现代学徒制,不断创新校企合作育人模式,使职业学校和企业在人才培养上携手共进,是现代职业教育发展的趋势和内在要求。德国"双元制"职业教育的内涵、特征及角色规范为中德校企"双元制"合作育人提供了理论依据和实践参考。依据苏州工业园区德资企业用人情况调研结论及上述相关理论,从规范政府、企业和学校在校企合作育人中的角色定位,逐步建立发展中德"双元制"教学培训中心和建立健全运行资金保障机制,为创新职业教育人才培养模式和推进现代学徒制试点作积极探索。It is an inevitable trend and immanent demand of higher vocational education development in China to promote modern apprenticeship and to explore innovative school-enterprise cooperation modes. The dual-system vocational education mode of Germany has provided sufficient theoretical foundation and practical reference for school-enterprise cooperation. By integrating the current development trends of vocational education, the author briefly introduced the connotation, features and role norm of the German dual- system vocational education mode, investigated and analyzed the employment data of German-funded enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park, and discussed the feasibility of impIementing Sino German Dual System education. From the perspectives of the role positiouing of government, school, and enterprise, the development of Sino-Germany dual-system vocational education training center, and the establishment of a financial security system, the author actively explored innovative higher vocational education talent cultivation modes and the development of modern apprenticeship experiments.
