摘  要:加快基础教育信息化进程,全面推进三通两平台建设,离不开以教育技术学专业本科毕业生为主体的中小学信息技术教师的智力支持和技术服务。从优化教师教育课程体系、加强学生通识课程教育,推进"五位一体"导师制、实施"2+2"分段培养,强化实践教学环节、凸出教育技术作品教学,创新技术艺术培养体系、主动服务基础教育四个方面开展工作,创新和改革教育技术学专业本科人才培养模式,既能有效培养和造就一大批卓越中小学信息技术教师,又能有力推动基础教育信息化朝着又好又快的方向发展。Speeding up the progress of basic education informatization and comprehensively pushing the establishment of three connecting and two platforms cannot separate away from the intelligence support and technological service of the elementary and middle school information technology teachers who graduated from the major of educational technology. It can be developed from the following aspects,including optimizing teachers educational course system,strengthening students' general educational curriculum education,pushing forward the "Five in One"supervisor system,implementing"2 + 2"subdivision fostering,strengthening practical teaching link,firming the teaching characteristics of educational technological works,innovating technological and artistic fostering system,actively serving basic education,making innovation and transforming the talent fostering mode of educational technology for undergraduates. Therefore,it would not only foster and create a number of excellent elementary and middle information technology teachers,but also powerfully promote and push basic educational informatization to develop towards a better and fast direction.
