摘  要:教师质量的高低直接影响教育质量,提高教育质量的关键之一是提高教师质量。面对国际间的竞争,美国推行了一系列教师教育项目改革教师教育,以培养具有国际竞争能力的教师。这些改革项目都围绕美国教师教育改革的几大主题进行。这些主题包括强调全校教师参与中小学教师的培养;加强高校教学与中小学实际的联系;重视对教师教育研究结果的分析与应用;改革高校教师教育的内容和方法,培养教师的国际竞争能力;高校介入到新教师的入职教育中;提高中小学教师入职门槛等。这些主题是美国近些年来系统进行教师教育改革的反映,一定程度上预示了美国教师教育的未来发展方向。It is well known that the quality of teachers directly impacts the quality of school education, and improving the quality of teachers is the key to enhancing the whole education quality. Facing inter- national competition, the United States has launched a series of teacher education reforms to cultivate globally competent teachers. These reforms are carried out around some themes. This paper analyzes these themes, such as emphasis on all faculties engaging in teacher training, strengthening collabora- tions between K--12 and universities9 paying attention to the analysis and application of teacher educa- tion research results, reorganizing the content and methods of teacher education programs to build fu- ture teacher's global competence, universities involving in new teachers' mentoring, and raising entry requirements for school teachers. These themes are the reflection of recent systemic reform of teacher education in America, and to some extent they may foreshadow the direction of future development of American teacher education.
