摘 要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中9种食品添加剂的分析方法。方法:样品经处理后,在ZORBAXSB—C18(4.6mm×250ram×51ma)色谱柱上,以甲醇-三氟乙酸-醋酸铵作为流动相,流速1mL/min,柱温40℃。采用梯度洗脱分离,紫外检测器变波长检测,外标法定量。结果:安赛蜜、柠檬黄、苯甲酸、糖精钠、山梨酸、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝在1.0~50mg/L范围内具有良好的线性,9种待测物的回收率在91.0%~103.3%,RSD均小于5.0%,最低定量检出限为0.10mg/kg。结论本方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,能满足实际工作的需要。Objective : To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 9 food additives by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods : After extracted, samples were separated in a ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6mm ×250mm × 5μm) column with gradient program by using methylalcohol/trifluoroacetic acid/ ammonium acetate as mobile phase.Detection was performed with UV detector of variable wave-length and the column temperature was hold at 40℃.Quantitative analysis was carried out by measuring peak area and comparing it with external standard.Results : Good linearly in the range of 1.0-50mg/L for acesulfame, citron yellow, benzoic acid, saccharin, sorbicacid, amaranth, ponceau, sunset yellow, brilliant blue.Recoveries were in the range of 91.0- 103.3%, and precision values expressed as relative standard deviation (RSDs) were lower than 5.0%.The limits of quantification (LOQs) in samples were in the range of O.lOmg/kg.Conclusion. This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, which can be applied to the routine analyses.
