摘　　要：培养领导力的基本方法是通过体验。为了培养大学生在团队、组织甚至更大的系统层面的领导力,本文根据领导力的内涵和培养要素,基于体验式学习理论,围绕着学生领导力培养目标提出了一个包含学习、设计、实施、反思、交流等环节在内的大学生领导力教育模式,并强调了反思、教育者的顾问角色、集体学习、精神要素的培养等对基于体验式学习的领导力教育实施的促进作用。Experience is the basic method for leaderstfip cultivation. In order to develop students＇ leadership in groups, organizations and even positions of higher levels, the thesis, based on the connotation and key factors of the leadership, and the experiential learning theory, puts forward an education mode concerning learning, design, implementation, reflection, communication, etc. which all aim at cultivating students＇ leadership.In addition, this paper also points out the promoting significance of reflection,the advisory role of educators,collective learning and spirit cultivation in leadership education.
