摘　　要：本文是对荷兰莱顿大学教育学院院长扬·范德瑞尔教授的访谈记录。范德瑞尔教授是学科教学知识(PCK)研究领域的权威专家,对学科教学知识与教师专业发展有很多独特、深入的见解。访谈中,笔者与他讨论了学科教学知识的定义、学科教学知识与教学实践的关系、教师学科教学知识的习得与提升,以及学科教学知识研究领域的最新热点问题等。This paper was based on an interview with Prof. Jan van Driel, the director of Leiden University Graduate School of Teaching, the Netherlands. Prof. van Driel is a leading scholar in the field of teacher pedagogical content knowl- edge （PCK） who had insightful thoughts on PCK and teacher professional development. During the interview, we discussed the issues regarding： （ 1 ） the definition of PCK ; （ 2 ） the relationship between PCK and teaching practices ; （ 3 ） teacher PCK development and imorovement： and （4） trends of research nn PCK
