摘 要:中学信息技术教师肩负着基础信息教育的重任,他们身上表现出的职业倦怠,危害了师生的身心健康,阻碍了中学信息技术教师的专业化发展,影响了信息化教育事业的发展.基于积极心理学的视角,在深入剖析职业倦怠的根源的基础上,从培育积极情绪体验、建构积极人格、创造积极的工作环境等三个方面缓解中学信息技术教师职业倦怠,既促进中学信息技术教师专业化发展,也为缓解职业倦怠提供了新的思路,具有时代性、创新性与实效性.Middle school information technology teachers shoulder the task of basic information education, they showed job burnout and does harm to the physical and mental health of students and teachers, hinder the professional development of middle school information technology teachers, influenced the development of informatization of education.
