摘  要:实验室烟草烘烤机在湿温度控制上具有交叉耦合、非线性及滞后性,难以建立数学模型。介绍了一种智能解耦手段,结合模糊控制,满足工艺要求的湿温度控制精度,提高了烟叶烘烤的质量,较好的解决了交叉耦合和非线性的问题。试验证明,相对传统的PID控制本方法具有响应速度快、控制精度高、超调量小等优点,提高了实验室烟草烘烤的效率。Laboratory of tobacco baking machine on the wet temperature control has cross coupling, nonlinear and hysteresis, so it is difficult to establish mathematical model. Introduce a kind of cross decoupling method, and combined with fuzzy control, meeting the technological requirements of wet temperature control precision, improving the quality of the tobacco baking, better solving the problem of the cross coupling and nonlinear. Experiments showed that the method relative to the traditional PID control method has fast response, high control accuracy, the advantages of small overshoot volume, and improve the efficiency of the laboratory of tobacco baking.
